StoCretec Flooring Details
To achieve a successful Flooring System a variety of critical criteria needs to be analyzed to ensure the specified flooring system is tailored to the specific requirements.
The Physical wearing pattern the floor is to be subjected to, must involve assessing impacts, traffic patterns, loadings and vehicular traffic that will be inflicted on the surface.
Chemicals need to be identified and their likely concentrations noted allowing for increased activity owing to evaporation.
Cleaning and processing temperatures need to be analyzed to avoid resin collapse. Health and safety issues are paramount to avoid costly employee or Government litigation.
Climate exposure effects certain resins and these areas must be identified to avoid failure or discolouration.
Componentry must be detailed to accommodate cladding systems, drainage, sumps, ramps, control joints and machinery.
All Sto Cretec flooring is applied by registered applicators with specialized equipment and is normally applied to stable concrete substrates that have been properly prepared.
